Spotlight on Training - Insurance coming out of the shadows?

It is a common notion that when someone says that he or she works in insurance, there is a high chance that one might think that this person is an insurance agent. This is especially true among the younger generation as they remain unaware of the wide career choices that the insurance industry offers. Here, we look at how the industry has been enhancing its image by promoting its comprehensive graduate/undergraduate programmes that showcase a broad spectrum of career opportunities within the insurance industry to allow them to understand the industry better as well as the various training programmes offered by the companies to their employees.
