As part of efforts to refine and simplify its service offering to clients, Crawford & Company asked an outside agency to survey insurers, reinsurers and brokers to determine the main issues around major loss handling and key attributes they expect from adjusters. According to the findings, clients are most interested in geographic reach and adjuster skills when choosing a company to handle large, complex losses.
