With less than half a year to the transition from the Ministry of Finance’s ambit to that of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK), Indonesia’s Insurance Bureau has been busy making the necessary preparations. We speak with Bureau Chief Mr Isa Rachmatarwata on the changes to be expected, as well as on the second round of capital requirement increases and changes to the RBC regulation.
