Asia Reinsurance Brokers, Singapore’s independent reinsurance broking specialist, has received approval to change the name of local brokerage PT Adi Pratama Asia to PT Asia Reinsurance Brokers Indonesia.
In a statement, Asia Reinsurance Brokers confirmed that approval had been obtained from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights and OJK for the name change. The rebranding follows the announcement in January that Asia Reinsurance Brokers and its parent Group AsiaRe Holdings had acquired a majority stake in Adi Pratama Asia.
The statement added that following their successful passing of the relevant fit and proper tests with OJK, a new Board of Directors of the Indonesian unit has been named.
