Malaysian Assurance Alliance Berhad (MAA Assurance) has re-submitted a revised Business Transfer Agreement to Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) for the proposed sale of 100% of its General Insurance business to AmG Insurance Berhad (AmG) last month.
