Berkley Re Asia says there is no rush for them to grow in the region. Mr Grant Robson, President & CEO, Asia Pacific, and Mr Gerald MacDonald, Chief Underwriting Officer, Asia Pacific, say that the company does not see itself as a typical “market reinsurer” and right now prefers to put its resources in markets that it knows well.
