Hong Kong:Validity of insurance policies not affected by emergency law


The enactment of the 'Emergency Regulations Ordinance' (ERO) or emergency law in Hong Kong does not affect the terms and conditions nor the validity of insurance policies, according to an official statement from the Hong Kong Federation of Insurers (HKFI).
