Revamp of mandatory motor 3rd party liability insurance rules seen as imminent

The CBIRC is reportedly considering updating its regulations for compulsory motor third party liability insurance (CTPL), which would be the first major revamp of the rules since this class of business was made mandatory on 1 July 2006.
