Hong Kong:Consumer watchdog cautions insurance customers on VHIS plans


Hong Kong's Consumer Council, an independent statutory body advocating consumer welfare, recently found that the insured amount and premiums of plans under the Voluntary Health Insurance Scheme (VHIS) differed greatly and therefore urged customers to compare VHIS plans carefully based on their personal needs and affordability.
