Australia:Claims data reveals most accidents occur during school pick-up time


Almost a third (27%) of road accidents in Australia were found to have occurred between 1pm and 4.30pm - children usually get picked up from school during this time period. The revelation was discovered by Australia's largest national car insurer AAMI when it analysed 340,000 insurance claims filed from 1 July 2018 to 30 June 2019.
