World risks up to a billion cases and 3.2m deaths from COVID-19 across fragile countries

A new analysis by the International Rescue Committee (IRC) has said that without swift action in coming weeks to mitigate the spread of COVID-19, the world could see up to a billion infections and 3.2m deaths due to COVID-19.
