Australia:Private hospital treatment insurance coverage dips

At 31 March 2020, 11.2m people, or 43.8% of the population, were covered by hospital treatment cover. There was a 0.2 percentage point decrease in the percentage of the population covered compared to the December 2019 quarter, according to data released by the prudential watchdog, Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA).
