China:Singapore proposes cooperation on disaster risk insurance with Chongqing

Insuring against disaster risks, like pandemics, natural catastrophes, and climate change, is one area in which the Chinese municipality of where Chongqing and Singapore can work closer together to strengthen links between China's Western Region and ASEAN, Mr Ravi Menon, managing director of the Monetary Authority of Singapore, has suggested.
