Australia:Cyclone Seroja costs insurers an estimated US$323m

The initial insured loss estimate for Tropical Cyclone Seroja, which affected Western Australia during the period of 11 to 12 April 2021, is A$434m ($323m), according to PERILS, the independent Zurich-based organisation providing industry-wide catastrophe insurance data.
