Singapore:Insurers surpass banks for the 1st time in customer experience index

Customer experience improved significantly in the automotive/home insurance industry compared to the banking industry for the first time, according to the 2021 Singapore Customer Experience Index (CX Index) produced by Forrester, a research and advisory firm.
