Singapore:Customer satisfaction with insurance services dips in 2021

Customer satisfaction with the Insurance sector saw only a small dip in 2021 compared to 2020, as measured by the Customer Satisfaction Index of Singapore (CSISG), says the Institute of Service Excellence (ISE) at the Singapore Management University (SMU).
