Regulators bar insurers from offering "zero" first-month premiums for short-term health insurance plans

The Chinese financial authorities have issued new rules to tighten regulation of short-term health insurance business, including barring insurers from trying to win sales by offering plans that do not require customers to pay any premium in the first month.
