HSBC Life Hong Kong has appointed Mr Geoffrey Au as chief product and in-force officer. In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing product and in-force management activities, including developing new products and propositions as well as managing the firm's existing portfolio to improve product performance and fulfil customer expectations.
