Future Generali India has launched an AI platform that aims to simplify the process of assessing appropriate cover for an individual's health insurance requirements.
The ‘Health Shield Advisor’, is designed to assist individuals in determining the optimal amount of health insurance coverage tailored to their unique lifestyle. It has the ability to calculate the exact amount of insurance coverage aligning with the customer’s specific requirements and users are guided through a series of questions that analyse their lifestyle, and coverage preferences, resulting in a tailored insurance solution.
The platform aims to bridge the country’s health insurance protection gap that currently stands at 73%, primarily due to insufficient insurance coverage and escalating healthcare costs, including medical inflation.
