Crawford & Company has appointed Mr Tony Chapman as head of global technical services, Asia. In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing all loss-adjusting activities relating to complex losses in the region and building on Crawford's significant technical ability across the region to strengthen its position as a specialist hub.
Mr Chapman is a highly skilled loss adjuster with nearly 35 years of experience, having handled large or complex claims in over 25 countries including property, construction, power and engineering as well as specialist liability classes such as product recall/product liability over the course of his career.
Mr Chapman joins Crawford from Integra Technical Services. He started his loss-adjusting career in the UK, before relocating to Hong Kong and then Singapore. He is also a founding member of both the Asia Power Forum committee and the Construction and Engineering workgroup of the General Insurance Association in Singapore.
