Edme Insurance Brokers has appointed Mr Nitin Firke as managing director - reinsurance. In his new role, he will be responsible for driving innovation, building global partnerships and delivering value-added solutions to clients through advanced risk transfer mechanisms and reinsurance advisory.
Mr Firke will also work closely with both domestic and international partners to enhance Edme’s positioning as a trusted reinsurance intermediary.
Mr Firke has 27 years of experience, including 22 years in the (re)insurance domain. Prior to his new role, he held senior leadership roles at some of the industry’s most respected organisations, including Mahindra Insurance Brokers, ICICI Lombard General Insurance and ICICI Bank UAE.
