Specialist MGA platform and wholly owned subsidiary of The Fidelis Partnership, Pine Walk, has launched Arenite Specialty.
The new MGA will be led by Mr Teji Gobran as CEO. Mr Gobran was most recently managing director of specialist surety underwriter BILD, and managing director at Volante Global before that.
Mr Gobran will be joined by Mr Jarbas Coimbra as head of surety and Mr Stephen Olman as head of credit.
Mr Coimbra was previously director at Arch Reinsurance Brazil. Mr Olman was previously director of reinsurance and structured transactions at Helia (formerly Genworth).
