Marsh McLennan has appointed Ms Renee McGowan as CCO, international, effective 1 October 2025. She will also continue to serve as CEO of Marsh McLennan India, Middle East and Africa until early 2026.
In her new role, Ms McGowan will lead the strategic development and execution of Marsh McLennan’s commercial strategy across the international business. She will focus on strengthening and expanding client relationships across Marsh McLennan’s four businesses – Marsh, Guy Carpenter, Mercer and Oliver Wyman, as well as fostering innovative and tailored client solutions in diverse markets.
Ms McGowan joined Marsh McLennan in 2001 with Mercer. Over the course of her career, she has held a series of senior leadership positions in growth markets for Mercer, including Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore and the UAE. She was appointed to her current role as CEO in 2023.
