Generali Group has appointed Mr Giulio Terzariol as Group Deputy CEO. His appointment will become effective upon completion of the customary Fit and Proper assessment by IVASS.
In his new role, Mr Terzariol will manage the Group’s insurance business and oversee Banca Generali. His delegated responsibilities will be exercised in full alignment with the directives of the Group CEO.
Generali’s CEO Insurance role will cease to exist as soon as Mr Terzariol commences his new responsibility.
