Ace Insurance Brokers has appointed Mr Arvind Laddha as President. In his new role, he will work closely with the Ace leadership team to strengthen emerging business lines, including employee benefits and other specialised verticals, and support Ace's network expansion nationally.
Mr Laddha brings two decades of experience in health assurance, consulting and insurance brokerage firms. He founded Vantage Insurance Brokers, which was acquired by JLT, and later became part of Marsh. Most recently, he served as the President of India at Mercer.
The company also announced two other appointments:
- Mr Puneet Kumar as CFO
- Mr Puneet Khurana as Head of Human Resources
Mr Kumar was formerly CFO at InsuranceDekho.com, and Mr Khurana was formerly Group Head, Human Resources at Policybazaar.com.
