Lockton has appointed Mr Julian Park as Head of People Solutions, South Korea and Mr Subhash Chandra as Head of Life and Health Reinsurance - People Solutions, Asia.
With his appointment, Mr Park will join both the South Korea Management Team and the Asia People Solutions Leadership Team.
In his new role, Mr Park will play a pivotal role in establishing and leading Lockton’s People Solutions capability in South Korea, partnering with regional specialists to deliver Lockton’s full suite of people-related solutions to clients. He will also advise local leadership across a wide range of HR and talent matters, leveraging his extensive expertise in the Korean market.
Mr Park brings a strong track record across consulting and HR leadership. His experience covers M&A, change management, organisational development, HR transformation, rewards strategy and providing health and risk solutions to clients navigating Korea’s complex labour landscape.
Prior to his new role, he worked with Aon, Aon Korea, Marsh and Oracle.
In his new role, Mr Chandra will lead the development of Lockton’s life and health reinsurance offering in Asia, partnering with insurers across the region to deliver strategic advisory, facultative solutions and tailored reinsurance structures that support evolving market dynamics and client needs.
He will also work closely with Lockton’s placement teams and regional leadership, to advance the firm’s life and health proposition, strengthening (re)insurer partnerships and delivering thoughtful, effective solutions to clients across the region.
Mr Chandra brings over 18 years of life and health reinsurance experience across Asia, having held senior roles at Munich Re, Aon Reinsurance Solutions and Pacific Life Re.
