AIA NZ has appointed Mr Neil Marolia as Head of Brand and Marketing. In his new role, he will lead AIA NZ's brand and marketing strategy, driving creativity, innovation and alignment with AIA's purpose to help New Zealanders live healthier, longer, better lives.
Prior to his new role, Mr Maroli worked with American Express. He joins AIA NZ from Fidelity Life.
“Mr Maroli brings a unique mix of strategic thinking, creativity and both New Zealand and global brand experience,” said AIA NZ Chief Product and Marketing Officer Alex Kühnast.
“His track record in transforming brand engagement and leading high performing teams will be a tremendous asset as we continue to strengthen our brand presence and improve outcomes for our customers, advisers and communities.”
