Zurich Cover-More has appointed Mr Jon Ford as Head of Asia and Ms Tricia Lim as Head of Commercial Operations and Delivery, Asia.
In his new role, Mr Ford will lead Zurich Cover-More’s sustainable growth agenda and partnership development across key Asian markets. He will also retain his existing role of Head of Partnerships for Zurich APAC, while taking on the additional responsibilities of leading the Asia travel division for Zurich Cover-More.
Mr Ford brings more than 25 years of global business experience. Before joining Zurich APAC in 2022, he worked with Chubb, Accenture and Navitaire.
In her new role, Ms Lim will work with Mr Ford to grow Zurich Cover-More’s travel business in Asia. She will also take on expanded responsibilities, focussing on operational excellence, regulatory compliance and platform and partnerships delivery across the region.
Ms Lim will ensure the maintenance of high standards of customer service and business continuity, as well as the sustainable scaling of operations for future growth. T
She has more than 20 years’ experience in the insurance and travel industry. Prior to her new role, she worked with Travel Guard in Asia.
