Globally mobile individuals demonstrate stronger overall well-being than the general population but face distinct challenges related to stress, belonging and navigating unfamiliar healthcare systems, according to a new study by Cigna Healthcare. The Cigna Healthcare International Health Study: 2026 Globally Mobile Edition, based on responses from more than 11,000 people-including over 1,900 globally mobile individuals across 13 markets-highlights rising stress levels, loneliness and difficulties in accessing care among this workforce segment.
