| 11 Jun 2026

Thailand's insurance regulator, the Office of Insurance Commission (OIC), has announced a collaboration with the Consumer Protection Board (OCPB).

The collaboration aims to enhance the linkage of the insurance complaint system between the OIC and CPB, by strengthening cooperation in information exchange. By doing so, the OIC and CPB are working towards improving the complaint system to increase the speed and efficiency in resolving consumer protection issues related to insurance.

A statement from the regulator noted that the goal of this collaboration is to provide swift, transparent and verifiable solutions to public concerns, in order to elevate consumer protection and build lasting public trust.
