Willis, a WTW business, has announced the appointment of Mr Oliver Pryce as Head of Corporate Risk and Broking Southeast Asia; and the promotion of Mr Rupert Roberts to the role of Chief Commercial Officer, Asia. Both appointments are effective 4 January 2027.
In his new role, Mr Pryce will lead Willis’ business across the region, working closely with the firm’s market leaders to strengthen its capabilities and client relationships, as well as accelerate growth in one of Asia’s most strategically important growth clusters.
He will return to Willis after five years with another international broker, where he has built a strong leadership track record across Asia.
Mr Pryce is recognised for his extensive relationships with clients, (re)insurers and market stakeholders, as well as for his commitment to developing high-performing teams and delivering outstanding client outcomes.
Mr Pryce will be based in Singapore, and takes over from Mr Roberts.
Mr Roberts will transition to the newly created role of Chief Commercial Officer, Asia. In this role, he will be responsible for accelerating and optimising Willis’ commercial strategy across the region, spanning the full client lifecycle from origination through to conversion, retention and expansion.
He will lead the end-to-end commercial engine across the region, integrating sales, large accounts, bid management and industry specialties, while working in close alignment with marketing and sales operations.
