Tower Insurance has appointed Mr Len Elikhis as CFO, subject to completion of regulatory processes and effective 2 November 2026.
Mr Elikhis is a highly experienced financial services executive with deep expertise across life and health insurance, finance and actuarial, capital management, pricing, investments and business transformation.
He joins Tower from PPS Mutual, where he has served as Chief Financial and Operating Officer since 2023. Prior to that, he held senior executive roles at AIA New Zealand and Sovereign.
Mr Elikhis is a Fellow of both the New Zealand Society of Actuaries and the Institute of Actuaries of Australia.
