Tokio Marine Life Insurance Singapore (TMLS) partnered with The Straits Times School Pocket Money Fund (STSPMF) to create the Tokio Marine Healthy Wallet Heroes, a one-day workshop designed to equip children with financial literacy knowledge and practical skills to develop healthier eating habits, make healthier food selection and smart spending decisions when grocery shopping.

The workshop brought together more than 60 children from STSPMF for an engaging learning session focussed on balanced nutrition, healthier food options and managing spending within a budget.

“At Tokio Marine, we believe financial literacy is an important life skill and it is never too early to start,” said TMLS CEO Raymond Ong.

“Through this meaningful initiative, we hope to make learning practical and enjoyable, helping children build the confidence to make healthier and smarter choices in their everyday lives.”
