PICC Property & Casualty Insurance Co, China's biggest non-life insurer, has issued an insurance-linked securities (ILS) sidecar in Hong Kong, the first such issuance in the territory. This is also the first time a mainland Chinese insurance institution has issued an ILS sidecar.
