Japan:NAIC proposal double jeopardy - GIAJ

The General Insurance Association of Japan (GIAJ) has told the Reinsurance Task Force of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) that the process of evaluating "certified reinsurers" and "qualified jurisdictions" as stipulated in a proposed NAIC set of guidelines are "unreasonable" and constitutes double jeopardy.
