| 07 May 2025

SCOR has formed a partnership with Howden insurance brokers and Charles Taylor loss adjusters, to launch Project INmersABILITY in Singapore.

Project INmersABILITY, is a step toward greater inclusion by creating tangible opportunities for talent from Singapore’s disability community. The pilot programme to be held from July to December 2025, will offer participants valuable hands-on experience across the three major industry players, and will include the following:

• Provide direct exposure to the (re)insurance industry through meaningful business assignments,

• Develop technical and soft skills through training, workshops, and project participation,

• Promote flexible and hybrid working to best support individual needs.

SCOR believes that diversity drives innovation and through this initiative, the company aims to help build a future workforce that is more inclusive, equitable, and reflective of the communities it serves.
