Australian insurance broker Aviso Specialty has announced the appointments of Mr Josh Roach as CEO and Mr Paul Marsden as Executive Director of Broking. Both are former Pacific region CEOs of major international brokers.
In his new role, Mr Roach will continue executing and build on the strategic vision established by Mr Travis Kemp, who has transitioned from CEO to Executive Chairman. He will focus on scaling the business by deepening client relationships, investing in exceptional talent and strengthening insurer collaboration.
Mr Marsden joins the Aviso Specialty Board as Executive Director of Broking, providing oversight to further strengthen the company’s high-performing broking teams and support continued growth.
Both Mr Roach and Mr Marsden join the business with equity alignment.
Mr Kemp’s transition to Executive Chairman ensures continuity of leadership and Aviso Specialty’s strategic direction.
