Mahindra and Manulife have announced progress on their life insurance joint venture, following approval from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
The incorporated entity will operate as Mahindra Manulife Insurance Limited (MMIL), marking a key step in the development of the partnership.
The venture combines Mahindra’s presence in India with Manulife’s expertise in insurance and product development. MMIL will focus on life insurance offerings, including protection and long-term savings products, and aims to expand access across both urban and semi-urban markets.
