National Reinsurance Corporation of the Philippines (Nat Re) has announced the retirement of President and CEO Mr Allan Santos, effective 1 October 2026, after nine years of service.
Under Mr Santos’ leadership, Nat Re reached new milestones in growth, financial performance and regional presence.
Mr Alexander “Sandy” Reyes will succeed Mr Santos as President and CEO, effective 1 October 2026. As a former Nat Re Senior Vice President and Head of Non-life Reinsurance, Mr Reyes brings decades of industry experience and a deep understanding of the reinsurer.
