Zurich Financial Services Australia (Zurich) has appointed Ms Alexis George as Independent Non-Executive Director to its Board.
Ms George’s appointment follows the resignation of former Independent Non-Executive Director, Mr John Mulcahy, who has served since 2017.
Ms George has more than 30 years of experience in financial services, including most recently as CEO of AMP. Prior to that, she held several senior leadership positions at ANZ, including Deputy CEO. She also previously held executive roles at ING Group.
Ms George commenced on Zurich’s Board and the Boards of its Life Insurance and General Insurance entities on 10 August 2026. She joined existing Non-Executive Directors: Mr Geoff Summerhayes; Mr Noel Condon; Mr Matthew Reilly; Ms Nicolette Rubinsztein and Ms Mary Waldron.
