Coface has promoted Mr Zach Spencer to the role of Head of Risk Underwriting, APAC. He leads the company's risk underwriting teams across the region.
In his new role, Mr Spencer is responsible for implementing Coface’s underwriting policies, developing the teams’ capabilities and maintaining high standards of risk analysis, portfolio monitoring and operational performance. He also works closely with commercial, claims and debt collection teams to support profitable growth across the region.
Mr Spencer brings more than 15 years of experience across risk underwriting, portfolio management, commercial lending, credit insurance and business transformation. He joined Coface Canada in 2020 and served as Vice President and Head of Risk Underwriting for Canada from 2021 to 2025. Most recently, he was North America Head of Claims and Debt Collection.
