Lloyd's:First-ever Chinese broker, AXIS Syndicate to join Chinese platform

Shanghai Asian Insurance Brokers (SAIB) has received approval and is the first ever registered insurance broker from China in the Lloyd's Market. Meanwhile, Lloyd's has also approved the establishment of AXIS Capital Holdings' AXIS Syndicate 1686 underwriting division at Lloyd's Insurance Company (China).
