Sedgwick, a global provider of technology-enabled risk and benefits solutions, has appointed Ms Jane Tutoki to serve as an independent member of its board of directors. With over 30 years of insurance leadership experience, Ms Tutoki is the first woman to serve on Sedgwick's board.
