According to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, income from the collection of pension insurance funds from enterprises in the first two months of the year decreased by 23.3% year-on-year on a nationwide basis;
The province with the largest decrease saw a fall of 64.2% in such contributions for January and February.
