UK:Travel insurance will contract significantly in 2020

All personal lines insurance in UK will contract during 2020 due to the coronavirus. However, travel insurance will be the worst affected of the lot. A study 'UK Insurance Market Essentials: COVID-19 Updates' released by data and analysis company GlobalData says the travel insurance gross written premium (GWP) could contract by about 48.7%.
