Latest motor insurance reform to lead to lower premium rates, hitting small insurers

The latest round of motor pricing reform announced by the CBIRC on 9 July is credit negative for China's property & casualty insurance industry, says Mr Kelvin Kwok, analyst, Financial Institutions Group, Moody's Investors Service.
