The Insurance Council of Australia (ICA) is encouraged by Treasurer Josh Frydenberg's Budget speech on 6 October that further announcements in relation to natural disaster mitigation will be made in response to the Royal Commission into National Natural Disaster Arrangements, says the association's CEO Mr Andrew Hall in a statement.
