Following the case of Edward Snowden's well-known data heist at his former employer, the National Security Agency, companies are increasingly adopting sophisticated technologies that can help prevent the export of corporate proprietary data by staff. However, some of these measures may bring legal risks, said a Harvard Business Review (HBR) report last week.
