It's time for an insurance push

The south Indian state of Kerala was hit by massive floods and landslides which were the worst recorded in 100 years, causing economic losses of over $3bn. Environmental experts believe this was not just a result of climate change but also of excessive exploitation of the state's natural resources and also because there was no disaster management in place.
