The Hong Kong government will set up a Talents Service Unit (TSU) led by the Chief Secretary to formulate strategies to recruit mainland and overseas talents, and to provide them with one-stop support such as help with visa applications and education for their children, Hong Kong's Chief Executive John Lee said yesterday in his maiden Policy Address.
